4. API Usage

Your use of the Converseo API is subject to the following terms:

  • API credentials are issued per account and must not be shared with unauthorized third parties.
  • Rate limits are enforced per plan tier. Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary throttling or suspension.
  • API access may be revoked if usage patterns indicate abuse, scraping, or unauthorized automation.
  • All API requests must be made over HTTPS. Unencrypted requests will be rejected.

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content and data you provide to Converseo, including site URLs, content, and any uploaded materials. Topical maps, authority analyses, and other outputs generated by the platform based on your data are licensed to you for your use. Converseo does not claim ownership of your topical maps or analysis outputs.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Converseo, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website whether such liability is under contract. Converseo, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Converseo operates, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located therein for the resolution of any disputes.
